SAN ANTONIO, TX– APRIL 18, 2006 – Alvidrez Architecture Inc. is thrilled to announce that their newest client is the Port Authority of San Antonio f/k/a KellyUSA.    The firm will be providing the Port Authority with Interior Space Planning and Design Services for a 28 acre warehouse and office/flex project.  This includes a 108,000 sf warehouse, and two office buildings – 32,400 sf and 43,200 sf. 

 

The Port Authority of San Antonio is a separate political sub-division of the State of Texas established as a business entity in 1996 by the City of San Antonio.  The Development Authority has an 11 member Board of Directors comprised of business leaders appointed by City Council.   Their mission is to own, operate   and develop Port San Antonio as a Master-Planned, World-Class, Multi-Modal Port Creating Quality Jobs and Generating Economic Growth in South Tex
